AMARIA
Amaria debuted in April 2016, performing a charity concert in support of the Downside Up Foundation.
The soloist and leader of the band is Amaria Rai (Maria Bogdanova), who has written music and lyrics of more than 130 songs in Russian and English. She is also a writer and since 2011, she is a member of the Union of Writers of Russia and the Union of Professional Writers.
Amaria is a participant of the festivals Red Square, Old New Rock (Yekaterinburg), and Illuminator, in memory of Ilya Kormiltsev. The band has taken part in the concert program “Vysotsky-80” in the Rossiya State Central Concert Hall (Luzhniki) and the musical performance “Vysotsky’s Roads.” They have participated in broadcasts and television concerts, including on Radio Mayak, Govorit Moskva, and Radio 1.
