Tamirlan Is a Finalist in the “Music of the Proud” Patriotic Song Contest

A young performer from Samara, Tamirlan, reached the final of the festival Music of the Proud 2025. He made it into the top 3 in the “Song about Friendship” category with his composition “Odin v pole ne voin,” released by the music publishing company Ray Records.

The competition focused on new songs that celebrate love for the homeland and respect for traditional values. The song “Odin v pole ne voin” fits perfectly within this theme. This composition juxtaposes the realities of today: peaceful life versus frightening, devastating fighting that has engulfed some Russian regions. Tamirlan addresses the unity of the Russian people and encourages reflection on concepts like duty and defending the Fatherland.

This is not Tamirlan’s first time participating in the Music of the Proud project and becoming a finalist. Last year, he performed the song “V dalyokom krayu” and received the award in the “Song About the Small Homeland” category.

The singer also reached the final of the Red Carnation 2025 International Festival-Contest of National Patriotic Songs named after J.D. Kobzon and the Rodniki 2025 National Patriotic Song Project.
