Vladimir Presnyakov Sr. Awarded the Order of Honor

Vladimir Presnyakov Sr. has been awarded the Order of Honor in recognition of his contribution to the development of Russian culture and arts, as well as his many years of dedicated and impactful artistic activity. The award was officially conferred during the ceremonial presentation of the Russian Federation’s state honors, held on June 19 in the Hall of the Order of St. Catherine at the Grand Kremlin Palace. The honor was bestowed upon the musician by Sergey Kirienko, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia.

Vladimir Presnyakov Sr. is a hereditary musician, an outstanding saxophonist, and a talented composer. He is celebrated as a laureate of a variety of international festivals and competitions. Additionally, he is the author of numerous songs performed by Russia’s leading pop stars and holds the titles of Honored Artist of Russia and Honored Worker of Arts of Russia.

Presnyakov Sr. has composed and recorded hundreds of diverse works, ranging from tender lyrical pieces and jazz melodies to intricate piano compositions. His creative activity is imbued with love and heartfelt warmth, and his music continues to captivate audiences of all ages, bringing joy and inspiration.
