For over 20 years, Dmitry Skorikov has been a leading soloist at the Helikon Opera Moscow Musical Theatre. His extensive repertoire on this stage includes such iconic roles as Don Pasquale (Don Pasquale by G. Donizetti), Ramfis (Aida by G. Verdi), Ferrando (Il Trovatore by G. Verdi), Kochubey (Mazeppa by P. Tchaikovsky), Malyuta Skuratov and Sobakin (The Tsar’s Bride by N. Rimsky-Korsakov), Boris Godunov, Pimen, and Varlaam (Boris Godunov by M. Mussorgsky), and others.
Skorikov is a frequent guest soloist at Russia’s premier venues, including the Bolshoi Theatre and the Mikhailovsky Theatre. In 2023, he made his debut as a dramatic actor, portraying Platon Andreyevich (Mephistopheles) in the production Faust: The Fourth Wall at the Kashemir Theatre.
A laureate of numerous national and international competitions, Dmitry Skorikov possesses a deep, captivating bass. He tours successfully across Russia and abroad, collaborating with global opera stars, distinguished conductors, and world-class musicians. His diverse artistry spans traditional Russian romances, folk songs, chamber vocal works, operatic arias, and both Russian and international popular hits.
Dmitry Skorikov is a regular guest on the popular television program Romantika Romansa on the Russia-K channel. In 2025, he was officially awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
