Pavel Fedorkov (Baltiysky)

Pavel Fedorkov (Baltiysky) is a singer, musician, and songwriter.

Born in 1989 in Kaliningrad, Pavel Fedorkov (Baltiysky) began his musical journey at the Glière Children’s Music School, where he mastered the garmon (Russian folk button accordion). He went on to graduate from the Rachmaninoff Kaliningrad Regional Music College, specializing in Folk Choir Conducting. Over the years, his versatile career has seen him perform with various folk, Romani, and Cossack ensembles.

Pavel started experimenting with songwriting during his childhood. When he was 19, he wrote the tracks “Maestro” and “Lyubov tsyganskaya” (“Romani Love”), which he later performed at the 2011 Good Song Festival in Svetlogorsk, successfully winning the Audience Choice Award.

For many years, the musician primarily created music within the Russian chanson genre. He adopted the stage name Baltiysky as a proud tribute to his homeland.

His latest musical project, named Baltiysky shtorm (Baltic Storm), continues to celebrate the shores of the Baltic Sea. Aimed at a younger audience, these new tracks reveal a striking evolution in his musical style, fusing powerful electric guitar riffs and high-energy rhythms for a completely fresh sound.
