Vera Mayakova
Vera Mayakova was born in 1989. She graduated from the Moscow International Film School (now known as the Film College). She studied foreign languages and teaching at the Russian State Social University, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Moscow City Pedagogical University.
Performance and creativity have always been a vital part of Vera’s life: she sang in the university choir and dedicated over 10 years to oriental dance, performing at competitions and teaching.
While on maternity leave, Vera wrote her first lullaby. The idea came to her unexpectedly one night while she was rocking her daughter to sleep. She was struck by the thought of how wonderful it would be to leave her children something deeply personal. The final composition gradually took shape over several months. Vera’s original lullaby became a heartfelt gift to all children, filled with a mother’s voice, love, and the feeling of home.
